Giving Back

Staying true to why Picco Studio was created, a part of every purchase will go towards non-profit organizations and other entities focused on improving animal welfare.

Currently – this is to help cover medical bills for rescued hamsters in Thailand. Please check out our social media pages for further updates!

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-7 business days after payment is received. Please note that processing time is in addition to the estimated delivery times.

Please note: Orders that include pre-order items will be shipped once all items in the order are ready.

Shipping Information

We order worldwide shipping!

All orders are shipped from Thailand, with free shipping on all orders over THB 300 locally.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method and order quantity. We offer two methods:

  • Tracked shipping: Includes a tracking number with delivery updates – recommended for peace of mind.
  • Standard shipping (untracked): A more affordable option! Please note that while Thailand Post is generally very reliable, we unfortunately cannot be held responsible for packages lost during transport using this method.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via your account order page and email.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (in business days):

  • Asia: 7–10 days
  • Europe: 10–15 days
  • North America / South America: 12-14 days
  • Oceania: 8-14 days
  • Africa: 12-13 days

Please note that once your order has been handed over to the postal service, delivery times are unfortunately out of our hands.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please take this into consideration before making any purchase.

Returns & refunds

Due to the small nature of the shop and the limited quantities of each product, we do not currently accept returns or refunds on any products sold. Please carefully review the product description, sizes and information before making a final purchase.
